Effective for all road tests booked in BC after Feb. 1, 2018, drivers must book online at:
http://www.icbc.com/driver-licensing/visit-dl-office/Pages/Book-a-road-test.aspx
Ensure you are booking an appointment after your earliest exam date found on your license.
Be sure you know the time and date of your appointment as there is a $25 cancellation fee for missed appointments or if you cancel the road test with less than 48 hours notice.
